Well, my diet/exercise is going well despite me being sick. I have had a sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, coughing, ear aches, etc. for a few days now and I am so tired of it. I am on an antibiotic, mucinex, and cough medicine. I did skip one day of exercising because of this, just couldn't make myself do it. I have been using Walk Away the Pounds daily, for those of you that never tried it, it's a lot tougher than just normal walking. A mile and a half is as far as I have been able to go with that program so far, but hoping by next weekend I will be up to 2 miles! At weigh-in Friday, I had lost 5 pounds since beginning The Biggest Loser. I am watching calories and exercising and it was great to see that my hard work had actually paid off. I know those pounds won't come off as easily each week, but it was a good motivator for that first week to keep me going!
