Kylie loves stars and will yell and point whenever she sees one. I think it's because she has a turtle nightlight that projects stars on the ceiling in her room and I would always point to her stars at night. Now we have to tell her stars night-night, blow them kisses, and wave bye-bye to them every single night when I put her to bed. She is really good at finding stars wherever we go. So...when I saw these jammies i just had to get them for her!

Puzzles!!

Kylie absolutely loves puzzles and is really good at them!

Kylie can also identify a lot of the animals in her different puzzles and knows a few of the animal sounds. She is growing up way too fast!!

Outside!

Favorites

One of Kylie's favorite things to eat is a banana. When we go to the grocery store, she gets so excited to see the bananas there and begs and begs for some. I figure there are plenty of worse things she could be begging for and I am more than happy to buy her bananas. It's one of her favorite snacks and something I know she will eat even on those days that she is refusing pretty much everything else.

Kylie loves Baby First TV and I know a few of the shows have actually taught her things, bad news for her is that DirecTV is making it a free channel, but in order to get it as a free channel, you have to have a more expensive package~at least $10 more a month and updated equipment (makes no sense to me and we are not happy with DirecTV at all!)....and we don't get the option to keep paying the extra $3 or $4 /month we pay now :( I think she is really going to miss her friends on there.

Kylie thinks it is hilarious to put her dirty socks in your face and make you smell them :)

Joys Of A Toddler

she loves boxes on her heads and carrying around purses~this time the purse was a gift bag that she took from me while I was wrapping presents

I don't think she liked the bow I chose for her...

she prefers big girl headbands now...

tantrum time~all because mommy didn't immediately leave the house as soon as Kylie's socks and shoes were on, she wanted to go bye and she wanted to go that second!

I have so much catching up to do on here (including several Christmas posts)

Check out Kylie's hair :) Her hair is getting really thick and she has a lot of it now. On each side she has pieces that curl and we call those her horns ;) the back has a few curls also. It still amazes me just how crazy her hair gets now that it's getting a little bit longer. When it's humid outside, her hair is so frizzy and wild!
