Carousel Ride

After visiting the Easter Bunny, we had lunch in the food court and of course, as soon as she saw the carousel she begged to ride. I told Chad that he would have to ride with her, I've had vertigo for days and there was no way I could get on something that moves, walking was hard enough at the time.  Kylie had a great time and she's already planned which animal she is going to ride the next time, and then the next time, and then the next time!

Easter Dress

Modeling her Easter dress!
There's the "penguin" pose again!
I wanted some pictures outside, but the sun was in the wrong position and my flowerbeds seemed to be full of leaves and not too many blooms.  Still sharing the pictures though, Kylie's still cute even if the background isn't the best in all of them!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

She loves to walk like a penguin and has now started posing like a penguin in pictures, hands out to the side and then she starts waddling.  The funniest part is she thinks penguins say "chong" so she waddles around, hands out to the side, saying "chong, chong, chong", it makes us laugh each time!

Pictures

Baby powder all over the floor
Doing ballet with Little Einsteins
Left her alone in a clean room for just a few minutes and came back to this mess, at this point I decided she must finally be feeling better!

Wordless Wednesday

Easter Bunny!

Kylie was so excited when we told her we were going to see the Easter Bunny and that she would get to sit in his lap.  I wasn't sure how she was going to do once she actually saw the giant bunny though!   We were there and waiting when the Easter Bunny arrived and she was very excited and waved at him.  She didn't hesitate to get in his lap and didn't mind one bit when we walked away from her.  Basically the child is scared of Santa Claus, but is perfectly fine with an oversized bunny rabbit!
First picture, she was all smiles!  The lady had to tell her to put her hands down though.  Afterwards I remembered her doing the same thing other years, where she didn't seem to really know what to do with her hands!
The picture that we chose~hands down and smiling  :)
When the lady told her to do this pose, I was thinking that there was no way Kylie was going to do it, but she did and it was pretty cute!
Waiting patiently with Daddy.  It has been so windy here, she's learned to hold onto her hat or bow, we had to keep telling her we were inside that her hat wasn't going to blow away!

The day before we were at Chick-fil-a and the cow came around to visit, Kylie was THRILLED!  She keeps telling us how he gave her a high five and two thumbs up!  I'm so happy that she wasn't scared.

Pony Ride!

Kylie loves all animals and one of her favorites are horses (neigh neighs), so imagine how excited she was to be able to ride a pony!  We weren't sure if she would be scared since it was her first time to do something like that so one of us decided to walk beside her, just in case!  She wanted Daddy with her this time.
Kylie and Daddy waiting patiently for their turn
The best part was when we got home and she told all her animals what she had seen at the rodeo.  She told baby chick she saw baby chicks, neigh neigh that she rode a pony, hop hop that she saw hop hops, etc.  It was so sweet listening to her talking about her day.

That smile!  She LOVES baby chicks!
